We offer 30-Day Hassle-free Returns/Exchange
Eligibility for Returns/Exchange:
1. Time Frame:
- You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return an item.
- Exchanges are allowed up to two times per order within the 30-day period.
2. Condition of Items:
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received.
- All tags must be attached, and items should be returned in their original packaging.
- All accompanying items such as trails, neck pieces, accessories, or freebies must be included.
3. Non-Returnable Items:
- Gift cards, customized items, and international orders are not eligible for return or exchange.
- This includes any clothing that has been customized in size, color, or other specifications.
4. Alteration Policy (Customization Orders):
- For customized orders, we offer a one-time complimentary alteration within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- Alterations are subject to feasibility and may include adjustments to length, size, or minor fitting issues, depending on the product.
5. Additional Charges:
- Any additional charges paid for alterations or expedited delivery are non-refundable. These charges are also not eligible for adjustment or credit in the event of a return or exchange.
6. Right to Refuse Returns:
- We reserve the right to refuse returns that are deemed unfair or unreasonable.
Return/Exchange Process:
1. Request a Return:
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at admin@wobblywalk.com or WhatsApp us at 882-666-1012 with your order number and reason for return.
2. Pickup Instructions:
- Our team will schedule a free pickup from your location.
- Reverse pickup will be done from the shipping address provided while placing the order.
- Please ensure that the items are securely packaged to avoid damage during transit.
- Keep the return pickup receipt.
- If pickup service is not available at your location or if our courier partner is unable to collect the parcel from your place, you will need to ship the parcel yourself. We will reimburse the shipping cost up to Rs. 250 upon receiving the original receipt.
- If a reverse pickup request has been raised and the pickup fails more than two times due to customer unavailability or is cancelled by the customer, a courier charge of ₹350 per reschedule request will be applicable.
3. Inspection:
- Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the status of your refund/exchange.
4. Processing Time:
- If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. The refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
- For COD orders, bank details are required for processing the refund.
5. Rejected Returns/exchange:
- If the item is not returned in its original condition or if the return is rejected for any reason, the item will be returned to the original shipping address.
6. Return Limit Policy:
- Products can be returned only once per order. In case of multiple return requests from the same order, additional courier charges will be applicable.
B. Missing, Damaged, or Wrong Items
- If your merchandise arrives missing, damaged, or incorrect, please email us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Kindly include your order ID, bar code, and clear photos of the product.
- In case a wrong product has been delivered by mistake, we offer a refund or exchange as per our return timeline.
- To process any claims related to defects, wrong items, or products of a different brand, customers must share a clear video recorded while opening the parcel.
- For returns, please ensure you: Share the pick-up person’s contact details for smooth coordination. Obtain and keep the receipt when handing over the reverse parcel.
- Failure to provide the required proof may result in the claim not being accepted.
C. Colour Difference
- Please note that the colour of items may vary slightly from what you see on our website due to professional lighting during product shoots.
D. International Orders/Orders Shipped outside India
- Please note that international orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Read our International Shipping & Return policy.
F. Cancellation Policy:
- You may cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it. A refund will be processed within 7-10 business days and credited to the original source of payment (credit card, net banking, or debit card account).
- After 24 hours, orders cannot be canceled or refunded under any circumstance, including unexpected delays, change of mind, color mismatch, exchange for size, or sudden cancellations.
G. Undelivered Products:
- If your product has not been delivered within the expected timeframe, please notify us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. Any undelivered items reported after this period may not be eligible for a return or exchange.
