At Wobbly Walk, we understand how much valuable your every purchase is, and therefore, we strive to give you a delightful online shopping experience every time you shop with us. So, in rare circumstances, if you're not fully satisfied with what you purchased for any reason (including defective, damaged, or not as described), just return or exchange it. We assure you to give you the most satisfactory shopping experience possible.
We have 30 days free, easy return/exchange policy for all our products. Please keep in mind following fair conditions while you’re requesting a return/exchange:
- All returns/exchanges must be requested within 30 days of purchase.
- Exchange is allowed once per order. On the exchanged order, the refund shall not be applicable.
- The exchange product will be dispatched once we received the parcel at our warehouse.
- The products bought under Try and Buy cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Customized products are not exchangeable and refundable.
- We do not return or exchange Gift Cards.
- In the case of COD, the amount will only be refunded either in the bank account or Paytm number.
- Refund will be processed once we received the parcel at our warehouse.
- Product(s) must be in the same condition as you received it. Means, Product(s) must be unused, unwashed with all original tags intact.
- Product(s) should be sent back in original packaging along with all parts and freebies and a copy of the original invoice.
- To ensure that the quality of the product is maintained, please make sure that the product(s) are properly packaged when you are returning it.

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with the item(s) you bought, don't worry, returns/exchanges are free! All you have to do is simply contact us and tell us about the product(s) that you want to return or exchange and leave the rest to us. We will take care of it end-to-end, so just sit back and relax.
How Does It Work?
Just call or write to us to request a return or exchange. Since we offer reverse pick up facility at select pin codes, we’ll come to your doorstep, and you'll need to hand over the product to us in the same condition as you received it. After receiving the package, we’ll check the product, and if everything is found okay, we’ll ship the exchange product. In case of the refund request, we’ll refund your money in the same mode that you had used to purchase the product.
If in the rare case, we’re not able to pick up the product from your location, we recommend you ship it back to us at the address given in your invoice through your preferred registered courier service. Since we offer free returns and exchanges on all items, you’ll not have to pay any shipping charges for your return/exchange. In case of a refund, we’ll adjust the return shipping cost in the refund amount, and you’ll be refunded your money in full.
Remark: Make sure to inform us of the courier tracking number and the name of the courier company, so we could track the product(s) returned by you. Please note that we will not be able to process your return if any of these mentioned requirements are not fulfilled.

FINAL SALE Items
Items purchased as "FINAL SALE" are not eligible for return, exchange or credit without exception and merchandise is sold as is. Promotions including coupons and promo codes, cannot be applied to Final Sale purchases.
