These International Shipping Terms & Conditions apply if you purchase products from Wobbly Walk for shipment to delivery addresses outside of the India.
1) Order Processing Time
Our products are made‑to‑order with care at our in‑house manufacturing unit in Noida, India.
Orders are processed within 2–3 working days after payment confirmation and will be dispatched once ready.
2) Estimated Delivery Timeline
International delivery typically takes 7–10 working days, depending on the destination country and customs clearance procedures.

3) Payment Information
We accept all major international credit and debit cards, including:
- Visa
- MasterCard
- American Express
Payments are securely processed through trusted payment gateways such as:
- Cashfree
- Razorpay
Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available for international orders.
4) International Shipping Charges
Shipping charges (in INR/₹) are calculated based on the total order value:
- Shipping cost is ₹2,999 – Orders up to ₹10,000
- Shipping cost is ₹3,999 – Orders above ₹10,001 and up to ₹20,000
- Shipping cost is ₹4,999 – Orders above ₹20,001 and up to ₹40,000
- Shipping cost is ₹9,999 – Orders above ₹40,001 and up to ₹60,000
For orders above INR 60,000:
Shipping charges will be calculated after we receive your complete order details. The final cost depends on the number of pieces, product type, weight, and destination. We will share the exact shipping cost with you before dispatch.
5) Customs Duties & Import Taxes
International orders may be subject to:

- Import taxes
- Local handling charges
These charges are determined by your country’s customs authority and are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
6) Delivery Partners
We ship internationally through trusted courier services such as:
- FedEx
- Aramex
- DHL
- UPS
Please note:
- We do not ship to APO addresses or P.O. Boxes.
- Deliveries are not made on national, bank, or region-specific holidays.
- Orders to remote or special locations may incur additional charges.
7) Tracking Information
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking ID and courier details, allowing you to track your shipment.
8) Incorrect Address & Non-Delivery
Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate at the time of placing your order.
Wobbly Walk reserves the right to cancel an order if the shipping address is incomplete, incorrect, or deemed insecure (such as communal postal addresses). Incorrect information may lead to delays, additional charges, or cancellation.
9) Exceptional Circumstances
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to:
- Customs clearance procedures
- Technical issues
- Strikes
- Extreme weather conditions
- Unforeseen logistical disruptions
In such cases, we will make every effort to deliver your order at the earliest possible time.
10) Order Cancellation Policy
As all Wobbly Walk products are made-to-order, cancellations are only possible within 24 hours of placing the order.
After this period, cancellation may not be feasible as production may have already begun.
If eligible, refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.
