INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY INFORMATION
1) TYPICAL DELIVERY TIME
All our products are made-to-order with love in WobblyWalk in-house manufacturing units across India, and therefore, it may take 7-15 working days for your order to reach you in most countries. However, for expedited shipping, you can reach out to us via email@example.com or directly call/message us at +91-8447048532. We will surely help you with the same :)
We accept all international credit cards, including Visa, Master, and American Express, through CCAVenue – one of the most secure payment gateways. However, COD (Cash on Delivery) is not allowed for international purchases. The option is currently available only in India!
3) INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING COST
We offer free shipping anywhere globally for all orders above $340* (Rs. 25,000). If your order is below that amount, You will be charged a flat shipping fee of $15* (Rs.1100)
As a customer, it's your liability to pay all other charges, including customs, import duties, and local sales taxes levied by the country the order has been shipped to; payment of these is imperative to avoid a delay in releasing your order from customs on arrival.
Our delivery partners are authorized to pay duties on your behalf, which you can directly clear with them when receiving the package.

4) DELIVERY PARTNERS
We deliver via FedEx, Aramex, DHL, and UPS and do not ship to APO addresses or Post Office Boxes. Additionally, our delivery partners do not deliver on national/bank/state-specific holidays. In this case, you should receive your package the following working day.
NOTE: In exceptional circumstances, such as unforeseen technical glitches, unfortunate accidents, strikes, and extreme weather conditions, etc., we may not be able to ensure timely delivery. However, in such cases, we assure you that we will strive our best to deliver your package at the earliest.
5) TRACKING OF ORDER
Once your package is dispatched, Wobbly Walk will send you a confirmation email containing the tracking ID of the courier company we have sent the parcel through.
6) RETURNS & EXCHANGES
In case of a return or exchange, you must raise a request by sending us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 days of delivery. You must courier back the product to the below address:

- You must share the tracking details with us at email@example.com within the 3 days.
- You must write the Order Number and Customer Name on the parcel clearly.
Once the return is received, we'll perform a quality check and approve the refund or exchange. You will bear shipping costs, including any duties to be paid by us.
In case of Refunds, the total amount minus all shipping charges, including any duties paid by us to receive the package, will be refunded back to the original payment mode. The amount may take 7-8 days to reflect in your bank statement.
7) EXCEPTIONAL CASES
Wobblywalk.com reserves the right to decline orders if we believe the shipping address is wrong or not secure, for instance, a communal postal address. Also, incorrect information may lead to the cancellation of orders. In such cases, we will notify you at the earliest.
8) CANCELLATION OF ORDERS
Wobbly Walk products are made-to-order; hence the cancellation of orders becomes challenging once the order is processed and shipped. If, unfortunately, you have to cancel your order, please do the same within 24 hours of placing the order.
