Shipping Policy

Shipping Charges:

We offer free shipping to anywhere in India on all orders.

Estimated Delivery Time:

All our products are custom-made and would be delivered to you within 7 to 10 business days after dispatch. However we offer priority delivery also. In case you wish to have a priority delivery - please reach out to us via admin@wobblywalk.com or WhatsApp 844-704-8532 and we can surely help you with the same :)

Our logistic partners will make delivery of your package on weekdays Monday to Saturday. We do not deliver on holidays and will attempt to deliver the next working day.

NOTE : In unforeseen situations, such as pandemics, extreme weather conditions, strikes, unfortunate accidents or unforeseen technical glitches, the delivery may be delayed. However, we assure you that we will do our best to deliver your order as soon as possible.

Hidden Charges (Octroi, Sales Tax, etc.):

We don't hide anything from you. You will get the final and all-inclusive price during check out. The price listed for an item is precisely what you have to pay.

Tracking Packages:

Once your package is shipped, you'll get a shipping confirmation mail containing the courier company's name and your consignment tracking number. An SMS is also sent to your mobile number for the same. You can use the tracking number to see where your package is.

Non-availability of the customer on Delivery:

Our delivery partner will attempt to deliver the package thrice before returning it to our warehouse.

Cancellation of Orders:

Wobbly Walk products are made-to-order; hence the cancellation of orders becomes challenging once the order is processed and shipped. If, unfortunately, you have to cancel your order, please do the same within 24 hours of placing the order.

We strongly suggest you provide your mobile number to us to hand over the package to you as soon as possible.
