SHIPPING CHARGES
Free shipping on all orders across India.
No minimum order value. No hidden charges. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay.
ORDER PROCESSING & DISPATCH
Orders dispatched within 1–2 working days.
All products are made-to-order at our manufacturing unit in Noida, India. Once ready, your order is handed over to our courier partner for delivery.
DELIVERY TIMELINE
Monday – Saturday (excluding public holidays).
If a scheduled delivery falls on a Sunday or public holiday, it will be attempted on the next available working day.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
You'll be notified as soon as your order ships.
We’ll send a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and courier details, along with an SMS to your registered mobile number. Use the tracking number to check your shipment status anytime.
Tip: Add your mobile number at checkout for faster handovers.
DELIVERY ATTEMPTS
Up to 3 delivery attempts will be made.
If all attempts are unsuccessful, the order will be returned to our warehouse and we’ll reach out to arrange a re-delivery.

On rare occasions — such as extreme weather, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances — deliveries may be delayed. We’ll communicate proactively and work to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
